Louis Boshoff is the founding director of Boshoff Njokweni Inc., bringing more than 27 years of legal experience and an unwavering commitment to excellence, integrity, and client-centred service. He holds B.Iuris and LL.B degrees from the University of the Free State and was admitted as an Attorney in 1997, followed by admission as a Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa.
Louis established the firm in Cape Town in 2006 after years of developing strong professional relationships within the city’s property, commercial, and legal communities. His longstanding network of developers, business owners, and fellow practitioners continues to shape his practice today, anchored by trust, strategic insight, and consistent delivery.
As director, Louis oversees a wide portfolio of residential and commercial property developments across the Western Cape, with a particular focus on rezoning, land-use management, and the development of both new and established precincts.
